She completed two programs at our partner college – Seneca College. Exhibiting her skills of being an all-rounder, Bhumika was chosen to be the valedictorian for her convocation ceremony. In 2020, she cleared the NCLEX-RN and became a licensed Registered Nurse. Currently, she is working as the Associate Director of Care, IPAC Lead at Sienna Senior Living

Erwin Manzano

Science Professor

 Her journey with INSCOL began in the year 2018 when she moved from the Philippines to Canada with a vision of becoming a Global Nurse. From studying in the Philippines to working in the United Arab Emirates and eventually starting all over again in Canada, Erwin has experienced quite a few shifting patterns in her journey of becoming a Canadian Registered Nurse. She completed two programs at our partner college – Seneca College. Exhibiting her leadership skills, Erwin was chosen to be the valedictorian for her graduation ceremony. Telling us about what led her to being chosen she stated, “Perseverance and my love for education & learning. Apart from the academic qualities, I also believed in nourishing human qualities by doing acts of kindness, by being there to support my classmates”.

Kalpana Gambhir

Science Professor

She completed two programs at our partner colleges – Niagara College and Seneca College. INSCOL invited her under the ‘INSCOL Alumni Star’ initiative to visit India and conduct workshops on the Global Best Practices in Nursing. During her visit, Kalpana conducted workshops on Cardiac Care Skills at various nursing colleges in Punjab & Kerala. It was an opportunity for her to impart knowledge that she has gained through her own experiences of being a Global Nurse.

Gurpreet Gill

Science Professor

 Gurpreet has 4 years of nursing experience in India, Australia & Canada. She is a Registered Nurse in Canada and is currently working as RN at The Waterford Care Centre, Vancouver, Canada.

She completed her BSN in India and later went on to do a Postgraduate certificate in Clinical & Critical Care in Canada.

Gurpreet Gill

Science Professor

 Gurpreet has 4 years of nursing experience in India, Australia & Canada. She is a Registered Nurse in Canada and is currently working as RN at The Waterford Care Centre, Vancouver, Canada.

She completed her GNM from Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research and further went on to do her BSc (Hons.) in Nursing from Sunderland University, UK.

Paramjit Kaur

Science Professor

 She is a Registered Nurse in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia and is currently working as a Clinical Nurse in GEM unit in The Prince Charles Hospital. She also takes casual tutorials in ACU University for graduate nursing students.

Tarandeep Kaur

Science Professor

 After completion of her nursing education, she joined Post-graduate Institute of Medical Education & Research, Chandigarh as a staff nurse and worked for 2 years in the Intensive Care Unit. She completed her Master in business administration during the 2 year stint at PGI, Chandigarh. After the 2 year term at PGI she enrolled and completed her Post-graduate Certificate Care Program at Conestoga College, Canada and is currently working as a Registered Nurse and as a Faculty – Saskatchewan Collaborative; Under-graduate Adjunct Professor – University of Regina.

She underwent her Bachelors of Science in Nursing at National Institute of Nursing (NINE), Chandigarh.

Tarandeep Kaur

Science Professor

He joined the Faculty of College of Nursing at Valparaiso University, Indiana (USA) in 2011 and is currently serving as Director of the Virtual Nursing Learning Center (VNLC).

Jewel Abraham

Science Professor

His areas of clinical speciality include Stroke management, Liver transplant ICU, and Crash team leader. He has worked as a Nurse in-charge at Northlake Methodist Hospital in Medical-Surgical Unit. His research interests are focused on care of patients with stroke and integration of medical simulation in nursing education to enhance the student learning experience.
