Dr Sandeep Chauhan, completed his MBBS from IGMC, Shimla, and thereafter MD (Medicine) from Delhi University .Besides being expert in all types of rheumatological disorders like rheumatoid arthritis, gout, lupus, osteoporosis, connective tissue disorders, etc he has attained special expertise in biologics in immunological diseases and was currently in-charge of biologics clinic at Nobles Hospital, UK. In addition to rheumatology he has a vast experience in haematology and internal medicine.
Dr. Sandeep Chauhan did fellowship in Rheumatology from Univ. of Liverpool UK and worked as Rheumatologist at Nobles Hospital, UK (2009 to 2011). Previously he worked as faculty at various prestigious medical institutes of the country.
His contribution to academics and research work has been significant, with more than 50 publications in international journals including NEJM, The Lancet, Am J Medicine, Am J Hematology, Oxford Rheumatology etc. and chapters in books. He is Fellow of Indian College of Physicians (FICP), Fellow of Indian Academy of Clinical Medicine (FIACM), and Member of National Academy of Medical Sciences (MNAMS).
