Welcome to INSCOL Health Skills
In April 2015, at the Parliament of Canada, Ottawa, an MOU was signed with the CEO of the National Skills Development Corp (NSDC) to provide health skills training in India. This auspicious event took place in the esteemed presence of the Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi; Prime Minister of Canada, Stephen Harper and the President of Seneca Polytechnic College, Canada, David Agnew.
INSCOL Health Skills is the proud partner for this initiative and hence has the mission to train the Indian Healthcare Providers in the years to come. INSCOL Health Skills (IHS), has been providing simulation-based learning and introducing Global Best Practices to the Indian healthcare providers. This hands-on approach used in teaching nursing skills enhances their critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities, enabling them to respond effectively in high-pressure situations. In simulation, nurses can repeat scenarios multiple times, refining their skills and improving their performance with each iteration. The theoretical curriculum we follow is a mixture of technical as well as practical aspects keeping it overall advantageous for the students.
